Black on Black Shiraz, select barrels, of rare and exceptional quality, set aside by our winemaker to mature in oak for five years. Once the wine has come to its fullest potential in barrel it is set aside to age further in bottle, for at least two years. Each element of the Black on Black from the cork to the labels to the individually hand waxed bottles, is curated for quality. The result is a wine of exceptional note.
