Can I swap my subscription frequency?
Absolutely, at any time you can choose to receive 2, 3 or 4 scheduled deliveries per year.
Up to what point can I make changes to my pack?
Club shipment emails will provide you with cut-off dates for changes to club packs.
What are your delivery charges?
Wine club members receive free delivery on all orders of 6 bottles or more.
I live outside of Australia, can I join the Wine Club?
Not at this time. To join you must have an Australian postal & billing address.
I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?
Contact us & we can delay your shipment until your return.
What wines will be included in my next pack shipment?
We will inform you of our recommended pack shortly before your club pack is due out.
When do I start receiving member pricing?
Your member pricing begins after your first scheduled shipment and applies to all purchases in Cellar Door and all purchases of 6 bottles or more online.
- You must be over 18 years of age to become a member of a Moorooroo Park Vineyards wine club.
- You must have an Australian shipping and billing address to become a member of a Moorooroo Park Vineyards wine club.
- By joining one of our wine clubs you are committing to two, three or four shipments of wine annually, based on the membership selected.
- Your membership is renewed every 12 months based on fulfilment of above requirement (see condition number 3).
- Your nominated credit card will be charged prior to the dispatch of your wine. You will receive email notification upon dispatch of wine.
- Wine is shipped with Australia Post. Moorooroo Park Vineyards and Australia Post take no responsibility for wine left unattended.

- By joining Moorooroo Park Vineyards wine club, you are agreeing to receive communication from us via email, post and phone.
- Wine prices and stock availability are subject to change at any time.
- Your member pricing begins after your first scheduled shipment.
- Failure to fulfill scheduled shipments will result in cancellation of membership and member benefits.
