Tickets are almost sold out for our inaugural Signature Wine Dinner. Join us as winemaker & chef Wyndham showcases his single-vineyard, organically grown wine with a series of handcrafted dishes featuring our bounteous local produce.
Our feature wine flight for our May Dinner will be a highlight reel of Moorooroo classics. This flight features some of the last of our current outgoing vintages as well as both Wyndham’s 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon and our 2010 Black on Black Shiraz, which we’ve been saving for just such an occasion. Wyndham’s menu, each dish inspired by the wine it accompanies, is sure to captivate you. And while we’d love to tease some of the fantastic fare you have to look forward to, we want to keep some things a delightful surprise!
This is an opportunity to savour Moorooroo wines alongside tailor-made cuisine that tells the story of each vintage and variety. A Moorooroo signature wine dinner is an evening with a sense of time and place, each occasion will be unique, featuring seasonal South Australian produce and a carefully selected stable of Moorooroo wines.
Our Friday, May 28th dinner is shaping up to be a thrilling introduction to this new event series at our North Terrace, Hackney location. This intimate affair is limited to just a few places and very nearly sold out so reserve your place now.
